We're back with Fan's Choice! Hasbro has asked for your input on the next new action figure. It's going to be just like last year - you can leave a comment below or email me at this address, (it's over) and I'll tally the results. Like last year we got Sabine Wren and Darth Revan, this is your chance to vote for a future 6-inch The Black Series action figure.
Additional notes added July 7: Please do not request figures that have already been released or announced. Please do not send duplicate entries. Please do not send a list of characters - only one will be counted.
Here are the rules per edict of Hasbro:
They said it would never happen - or did they? Funko posted a new announcement with a Star Wars thumbs-up BB-8 with torch, Han Solo with bowcaster, and Indiana Jones! Really! He's got the idol and the whip, so choke on that Satipo.
C-3PO is coming to Comic-Con at Entertainment Earth! This 20-inch scale action figure is the first-ever C-3PO in this size, and it comes complete with a shiny gold metal finish you won't find anywhere else. Click here to see it and more details, but you can't pre-order it - it's only available at booth #2343 in San Diego!
While Hasbro remains silent on their plans for the big show, Mattel rolled out a classic with this one. A Death Star Trench Race set has 3 TIE Fighters and an X-Wing, but in car form with enhanced deco and electronics. $50 for four cars in a fancy box - if you can swing it.
More photos have been added to our SDCC 2015 Image Bank featuring Sideshow, eFX Collectibles, LEGO, Acme Archives, Jakks, Hot Wheels, the Lucasfilm Pavilion, and more photos from the Convention floor.
Hasbro adds Season 2 Rex and the second Inquisitor to their booth. These figures are slated for release in Spring 2016 along with Mission Series Ahsoka Tano and Darth Vader. Rex features a nice removable helmet that perfectly on his bald and bearded noggin. Here's hoping a Season 2 Wolf is not far behind, although this figure will be probably require swappable heads.
Hasbro plans on the big reveals after their SDCC panel today at 12 PT. While the bulk of Episode 7 product won't be officially released until Force Friday in September, we've been told there will be some exciting reveals today. Be sure to check back for our report.
We have uploaded SDCC15 photos from the Gentle Giant and Kotobukiya booths as well as plenty of Views from the Convention Floor. Be sure to peruse all the visual goodness that include an awesome Kenner Jumbo
Guess what - next week your sneak preview figure goes up for sale in San Diego! It's today's Figure of the Day. Read about Stormtrooper (First Order) right now, or don't. It comes in a neat slipcase with a booklet hidden in the back. I've got many pictures for you if you read on!
My pal who I will call Juan Nonymous sent along sample shots of the Jabba's Rancor Pit gift set Jabba the Hutt in comparison with the 2010 model from Walmart. This new-for-2015 version is a 100% new mold with new deco, meaning it is... say it with me...
"Just different enough to make you mad." Well, not Jabba, Jabba's new and interesting. The rest of the set is as interesting as your collection isn't - it's great stuff if you don't got it yet. This set will be sold at the Entertainment Earth Booth at Comic-Con next week, on Toys R Us.com, and probably retail stores too. Want to see more images? Check after the jump.
Funko posted another update! Matte Black Darth Vader is the next Comic-Con exclusive Hikari Vinyl Figure, and it looks great. It's a limited edition of 1,200 pieces.

It's wordy, and only available on the Comic-Con International show floor. The Star Wars Darth Vader Hologram Limited Edition 20-Inch Action Figure has electronic lights in the box and is basically the same size as the projection on General Veers' AT-AT's dashboard. It will be $59.99 and limited to the show floor - no online sales are being made so if you want one, you're going to need to start driving to San Diego or bribing your friends who are going to the show. It will be sold at booth #2343 via Entertainment Earth.
Funko updated their blog with San Diego Comic-Con Exclusives: Wave Five! Two Star Wars items appear: Pop! Star Wars: Chrome C-3PO Gold and Hikari: Star Wars - 501st Clone Trooper.
Click here to see them, a new Jaws ReAction figure set, and some more goodies.
EW, girl, EW. Over at Entertainment Weekly, you can read the descriptively titled article Check out an exclusive look at the first toys from Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It gives you a look at the $25 Black Series debut Stormtrooper as well as Mattel's Hot Wheels car and a LEGO buildable figure.
Funko does a lot of exclusives for Comic-Con. I mean, tons - back before the Pop! Vinyl days, they loaded their booth with pop art-inspired and metallic repaints of gorgeous bobble heads. Now they've got other brands, and they do an obscene variety of exclusives like Hikari Vinyl Figures Infrared Boba Fett. There are 1,000, it'll probably be around $80, and best of luck to you all.
