JediNews.co.uk revealed not one, but three previously unseen but rumored/hinted at figures. Two are from the Expanded Universe, and one is an unexpected remake of a 1984 Kenner figure. Wow!
It's the new Battle Droid! It's a new sculpt-- he now has sculpted eyes and a little more detail. It's a nice improvement over the previous one... but it's not quite as cheap. Read on!
The MTT has been confirmed via a Hasbro product catalog spotted at the U.K. Toy Fair! The vehicle reportedly will include 20 Battle Droids with only 4 articulated while the others are relegated to being setpiece pre-posed accessories.
I guess there will be a home for those new folding Battle Droids after all. There's always a level of suspense around Toy Fair time on what the next BMF Vehicle will be. Our friends at Jedi Temple Archives have a lead that it will be none other than the Episode I MTT (Multi Troop Transport)!

Comparing the new Vintage Collection Battle Droid to the first versions from 1999 is almost like comparing a Vintage Kenner Stormtrooper with a modern super-articulated version. They're just worlds of sculpt, design, and engineering apart.
I need to write an intro for Q&A, don't I? Crap. Uhhh... what do we have this week? Deleted Scenes Figures! Just what color is Luke's cloak anyway? Does Jedi Force have a future? Is it possible, the Recon Shuttle is making it out? All this and a nice little tangent on all things Dejarik (there aren't many) in this week's Q&A!
Yakface.com reports that the Walmart exclusive Discover The Force Dewback and Vulture Droid were found at a local store for $29.98 each. Happy Hunting!

Ratts Tyerell was originally supposed to be included as a 2 pack with BD11 Clegg Holdfast but was held back to be released in 2012 as part of The Vintage Collection. The date stamp on the figure even indicates 2009. How does he hold up over 2 years later? Hasbro executed a decent design and sculpt albeit we would have liked to have seen the "screaming" face instead of a calmer, grinning Ratts. The included Pit Droid has a nice new deco and is a re-used mold from the Bonus Pit Droids packed in place of Commtech Chips that were only released in Asia for The Episode I Collection.
A preview of this Friday's next The Clone Wars Episode #4.16: Friends And Enemies, is now online with video and images.
