Walmart continues to be the destination for Star Wars 2012. Along with new Movie Heroes, Clone Wars, Vehicles and Battle Packs, the retailer is now receiving and putting out the new The Vintage Collection The Phantom Menace wave. These were found at a Scottsdale, AZ store and retailed for $8.96 each. Note that these cards do not have the Maul promotion sticker and entry form. Happy Hunting!

Jahan learns the final truth about the deadly project called "Iron Eclipse" in the final installment of Agent of the Empire - Iron Eclipse. A ship falls from the sky and brings with it a dark and hostile individual in Force Storm #3.
Hasbro does a great job with an all new, nicely articulated Logray and even better having him in his original Kenner card. While the figure included in the POTF2 Ewok 2 pack wasn't bad for its time, this will be the definite version of the furry shaman for awhile.
The AT-AT Driver wasn't really an essential figure to be made, but it did check him off the "unmade" list if the 2006 General Veers didn't do it for you. So how does this pegwarmer hold up? Read on!
Mimoco is introducing a brand new line of character storage devices featuring the Star Wars and DC Universe. Not only can the new MIMOMICRO be used as a USB flash drive with removable microSD memory cards, but it also functions as a microSD card reader to transfer data between devices like mobile phones, digital cameras, tablets, and eReaders.
What street date? Walmart continues to put out Star Wars 2012 merchandise while Target and ToysRUs stores remain barren. I'm not a market economist or a bean counter, but if I have product lingering in the back stock not selling, it's hurting the bottom line. It's not like it's going to spoil a 12 year old movie for us. But I digress.
Clone Wars Wave 1 consists of mostly re-issued figures with the new being Anakin Skywalker, Clone Trooper Phase II, and Commander Cody with Propulsion Pack. Chewbacca has been repainted lighter from his 2011 version to be more accurate to the series character. We present all of them except for CW3 Savage Opress, who continues to be the elusive one for hunters even with this re-issue.
A head swap for Rebel troop builders is always welcome. Hasbro essentially took the head from the TSC 2006 Rebel Trooper and popped it into the new TVC body and voila! "New figure". Both head variants are readily available on store pegs in both the "Return" and "Revenge" cardbacks.

The 2005 Revenge of the Sith Clone Trooper figure with "Quick Draw" action feature is re-released for the 2012 Movie Heroes assortment. The Shock Trooper also includes a character card, figure stand, and die for the Galactic Battle game.
Is there a best way to store action figures? Sort of. What's going on with the character debut sticker on figures which were already made 10 years ago? And will we see more Nerf Guns based on our favorite films? I sure hope so. All this and more-- read on!
Presenting a carded preview of Movie Heroes Wave 1. Figure wise, they're nothing new and definitely targeted more towards a TPM 3D mainstream and younger audience with action features, gimmicks, and the Galactic Battle game. Completists, carded collectors, and the Steve Sanweet's of the world will also be drawn by the striking Maul packaging art.
A slightly repainted figure from the 2008 Rebel Pilots Evolutions set (which one can still find lingering around a few ToysRUs shelves by the way), Keyan Farlander's timely release nicely converges with that of the K-Mart B-Wing. While the figure is redubbed after a character from the 1993 X-Wing PC game, he's still one of the original Kenner 93 and neat to see in a Vintage style card.
