Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Shin Hati (The Vintage Collection). The costume and lightsaber look great! I'm not sure the wig and nose are right. Her lightsaber hilt hangs on her belt, the armor has a lot of detail, and the articulation is very good. How you get her hair right - even with a separately molded wig - seems like quite a challenge. Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Momaw Nadon (Hammerhead, The Vintage Collection) . He's basically the same size as the 2006 The Saga Collection release, but a completely new sculpt, but colored like the 1996 figure, but given accessories to touch on nearly every Hammerhead toy. And a bonus alternate hand for his drink. If you have all the existing Ithorian toys you could want, you may not need this one - but the added articulation, lower cloth robes, and ability to sit in a booth may make it worth your while to pick up if you see one. Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Mandalorian Fleet Commander (The Vintage Collection). This figure has no specific name, but he has an alternate head and probably isn't something you saw in stores very much. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Director Orson Krennic (The Vintage Collection). It makes use of the general construction most Imperials from the past few years. He has a left-handed draw holster and a cape, plus a really good head. You won't be seeing him in stores anymore... and I don't know if I ever actually did see him in the wild. Well, go get one online, it's good. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Grand Admiral Thrawn (Live-Action, The Vintage Collection). This is the previous Rebels Thrawn with a new blaster, new head, and new shades of blue. It shares parts with Motti, Piett, and other Imperial officer figures from the last few years. If you're not Thrawn-ed out, this is a figure you can pick up that could well be Ship Of Theseused into a new version when season 2 of Ahsoka comes out - but it's the best one right now. Read on!
So, what's new this time? Some pretty good stuff from The Vintage Collection and The Black Series. If you love the 1977 movie, you will want to see this one. If you are fans of the 1979 toy line, and I know that you are, you're going to want to keep reading or watch the video.
Newly revealed items are listed below if you don't actually have the time for a video right now.
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Jedi Master Indara (The Vintage Collection). She is amazing! But is she what you want? That's the weird question - if you were around today's date in 1999, the idea of getting Trinity from The Matrix in a costume that belongs in the then-upcoming Star Wars prequel would have made your head explode. It would have been the coolest thing ever.
The face looks amazing, with a great separately-molded wig. She has a tiny commlink, a lightsaber, and a hilt. The costume looks great - it's another example of Hasbro doing what they do well. But it's from The Acolyte, and it came just a hair late so fans don't particularly want it right now despite this being an excellent action figure. I'd recommend it - if it's the thing you want. While it doesn't say so in the headline, Hasbro has a new press release confirming the renewal of Star Wars (and Marvel) licenses. Agreement Grants Hasbro Continued Global Toy & Board Game Merchandising Rights for the Iconic Brands.
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Jawa (Mos Eisley, The Vintage Collection). It's a nice Jawa, but it's made from parts dating back up to 10 years. Some parts come from a 3 3/4-inch 2-pack of Jawas from The Black Series, but mostly he shares elements with the Offworld Jawa and Teeka. This new one comes with a playset! It's still a nice Jawa, but you might have a very similar figure or three in your clan already. Read on!

Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Velken Tezeri (The Vintage Collection). The 2023 figure is the first - and likely only - incarnation we get of this guy. I'm delighted and amazed Hasbro did him at all, given the obscurity. Read on!
