Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Sun’il Ei’de (Drums, The Vintage Collection). I was unaware there were still new Cantina alien names being cranked out since Disney got Star Wars, but it's still the drummer and he's still a pretty good figure with decent accessories. But also, he's the same Cantina band guy. His drum sticks are pretty long, so you can pretend they're microphones and he's hosting The Space Price Is Right. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Rebel Commando (Endor, The Black Series). You get the "Nik Sant" head and a cleanshaven head, and two blasters. The good thing is that the figure is well-made, sturdy, and with great articulation. Unfortunately it's about as robust as the $20 Hoth Trooper, except this time, it's $34. If you can get it on sale, get two - but at full price, one may be a little pricey. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: R7 Unit (Blue, 2023 Pride Collection). It's blue! And it's different from the other blue and white R7 units that have been in circulation since around 2008 - they don't come much more blue than this. Read on!
This week in Star Wars Q&A - Are retro figures getting screwed? Well, one is. Right up his backside. Because there's a screw under him. Also when do you start measuring the Retro Collection? It's a big question, and for you, I have a non-answer.
Be sure you send in your questions. We have no questions for next week's update, which may mean I get a break. Read on!

Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Grand Inquisitor (The Retro Collection). This is not a figure I initially liked, but it kind of grew on me. The head looks sort of like a baby, with understated ridges. The cape drags and comes pre-wrinkled. But the lightsaber is good, and the body armor is sculpted nicely despite being in the same generic pose as most of the Hasbro Retro Collection figures. But the character was something of a dork too, so at least you won't be too upset you can't play with it very well and you can't take off the cape to get him in a ship, either. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Krrsantan (SDCC, The Vintage Collection). This big Wookiee debuted at SDCC and is very similar to the mass release version, except he has a unique head, a distinct package, and a couple of exclusive weapons. But if you want the mug, the fruit, the hands, and the rifle, either version will do. Is it worth the $40? Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Inquisitor (Fourth Sister, The Black Series). This is a pretty good figure - she's sort of a nobody on Obi-Wan Kenobi, but it's rare that we get a new alien with some color to her. Sure, it's another black leather Inquisitor costume, but at least you get somebody with orange skin and multiple head tails. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: R6 Unit (Green/Teal, 2023 Pride Collection). The set was very briefly on sale earlier this week - but now it's back to full price. Well you can still get it and it still looks cool. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Tusken Raider (The Retro Collection). He's a little different - the silver coloring and head sculpt deviate a little from the original, likely giving you another reason to pick up what is effectively another variant in your old figure collection. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Han Solo (The Vintage Collection). It's a new-ish figure. He has no jacket, but he's $16.99. Much of the tooling is recycled from the Solo: A Star Wars Story figure. It's not bad per se, but it not being a 100% new sculpt at this price may leave you not loving the shortcomings of the old-style legs and hoping it could be as good as some of the all-new figures we've had in the last couple of years.

Crossposted from 16bit.com! I loves me some Star Wars. 3 3/4-inch figures are best, especially the retro ones. Hasbro had The Book of Boba Fett wave of The Retro Collection online with Boba Fett, a Tusken Raider, Cad Bane, Luke Skywalker (black robe and no blaster), Grogu, Mando, Fennec Shand, and Tusken Boba. It's a nice selection.

The Boba/Jabba/Bib throne room was on display, as were tons of lightsabers and other recent reveals. Even some Ahsoka toys were there, including a swell hat, a lightsaber, and a Chopper droid toy. You may have seen a few of these before, or not - the Mission Fleet sets were, I think, at least partially new.
We are experincing some road-related technical problems so SDCC updates will have to wait until the weekend - but this was written early, so here goes!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Like Skywalker (Imperial Light Cruiser, The Black Series). You liked him in The Mandalorian, and you'll probably appreciate that this figure is changed a little bit of what you expect in Return of the Jedi, but with a different vest and belt buckle and a black cloak. If you can find it, you're probably going to want it. Read on!
Via the Glyos News Dump: Healey Made THX Trooper Live Now. This is the long-expected and anticipated Stormtrooper colorway of this really good figure. Some are still in stock, so grab it if you can.
