Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Clone Captain Rex (The Bad Batch, The Vintage Collection). It's an Amazon exclusive that was really hard to order, and then marked down after it started to ship. The 4-pack is $55.09 as I write this. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: George Lucas (in Stormtrooper Diguise, The Black Series). Mine cracked right out of the box, and the helmet doesn't seem to fit - so if you're thinking maybe you would leave it in the box, I would follow that instinct. The head sculpt isn't bad, but it's clearly meant to be left in the packaging. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Boba Fett (Droids, The Black Series). The first time Hasbro has released Vlix in the United States! He's on the packaging twice. There's also a Boba Fett in the box, but you'll take note of Vlix on the back and in the front flap. Also this is the 2013 Boba Fett figure painted to look like his animated armor, which is excellent, but Hasbro has proven they know Vlix exists so now they can make a figure... right?
(Coincidentally, Target revealed two more exclusive 3 3/4-inch Boba Fetts today, but I digress.)
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Koska Reeves (The Vintage Collection). As a repaint with a new head, she's kind of fantastic - articulation is good, paint is good, accessories are what they should be. I have no real complaints here. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: IG-88 (and Dengar, The Retro Collection). The droid shares parts with Hasbro's Kenner's IG-11, which means it's a much less sharp release than the original from the 1980s. However, the orange paint is much more generous - so at a distance, this is the one that looks better. If you get close, you'll see a lot of the sculpted lines aren't quite as impressive as an actual old IG-88 though. Even if you have an original, this is a variant that's arguably interesting enough to pick up.
Ad: The Star Wars The Vintage Collection OBI-Wan Kenobi Multipack Toys, 3.75-Inch-Scale Action Figures, Kids 4 and Up, Multicolor (F7790) is in stock at Amazon.com right now (and shipped early.) It's $50.99 and includes the Jawa Teeka, a Purge Trooper, and Obi-Wan Kenobi figures.
Via Trash Compactor on Etsy: Panna Dragon (from the Holiday Special) - 3D Printed - Original Design by JLCreationsByJay. It's big! You can fit retro/vintage figures, or Vintage figures in there! The good news is that it's a big, cartoony creature based on the classic Star Wars Holiday Special design. The bad news is that assembly and paint are required. And it's expensive. And shipping isn't cheap.
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Dengar (and IG-88, The Retro Collection). His details are not as sharp as the original at all, but he can hold his blaster straight this time. That's arguably a big improvement in this Amazon exclusive figure set. The skin tone is somewhere in between the peachy and yellowy old faces you may have seen, with what feels like rock-solid construction and freely moving joints. Other than the fuzzy sculpted detail, Hasbro did a real good job here and the Kenner-style paint job turned out really well. And yes we have comparison photos with the originals. Read on!

Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Axe Woves (The Vintage Collection). It's a body we've seen reused a few times, but with a new head and new deco - but that's fine, it's a good mold. Read on!
Via the Glyos News Dump: Here Is the New Healey Made Trooper (Proto). The $20 unpainted figure is the first crack at a new mold that seems to borrow a bit from a few 1980s 3 3/4-inch action figure lines.
If it's still in stock, you can get one - future versions will be coming in a few months and are usually painted. Click here to see if the retro-looking Kenner-esque figure is still available.
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Viper Probe Droid (Droid Factory / Disney). It's smaller than previous Kenner and Hasbro molds, but the detailing is really good and according to some reference sources, the smaller size is more accurate to The Empire Strikes Back too. But it's Thanksgiving, you're not reading toy reviews. Read on!

Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Boba Fett (and Bossk, The Retro Collection). It's a rerelease of a remake, with a couple of subtle differences that may just be batch variations - but hey, he holds his gun better, isn't that worth a look? Also Amazon has him in stock as I write this, but you came to know if it's any good. Read on for the full review!
