Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: CH-33P (Cheep, The Vintage Collection). If you didn't get the gold in Paris, maybe you can get one on eBay. This droid isn't C-3PO, but he comes from the droid bins that, sadly, no longer exist. He also looks pretty close to The Clone Wars version, but since it uses the Chopper body the torso and one of the legs don't match. You do get a new dome, and the old body is painted to look more or less like the on-screen robot. For a $70 set, it would have been nice to have had the correct body and limbs though. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: RG-G1 (The Vintage Collection). You can still get it in a set from Amazon, and it's pretty great - they even gave him a new mold for the dome in addition to very distinctive deco. I like it. Read on!

Ad: Hello there. You can pre-order the Star Wars: The Clone Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi Mandalorian Armor Pop! Vinyl Figure #599 - Entertainment Earth Exclusive from Entertainment Earth right now! Based on the episodes where the Jedi master borrowed some Mandalorian gear to help liberate Mandalore from Darth Maul and his crime syndicate, this figure comes complete with lightsaber. It's awesome and due around April 2023.
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Darth Maul (The Black Series). This is a pretty excellent figure - the facial expression is superb, the head spikes are spiky, the outfit is good, and the articulation is great. If you like this costume, this is a very good figure of it. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Mandalorian Super Commando (The Vintage Collection). A previous figure mold has returned, with new detail and one heck of a big blaster. You may not need more 6-inch Mandalorians, but can you ever have enough different 3 3/4-inch ones? I sure can't. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Ahsoka Tano (Mandalore, The Vintage Collection). New for 2021, she is loaded with articulation and has some of Hasbro's very best painted detail at this scale. If you see her, buy two. Read on!
Today in Figure of the Day, it's a good one: Cad Bane (The Black Series 6-Inch). This one was available by himself or in a set with Todo 360, end either one is really excellent if you can find them. Cad Bane's hat comes off, he has two blasters, and each and every joint seems to be perfectly hidden in his costume. This is one of the best figures from last year, so get one when you see one. Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Crosshair (The Black Series 6-Inch). This Clone looks a bit like Tem Morrison and a bit like Clint Eastwood - but he's also missing the trademark crosshair on his helmet. There's a lot of sculpted detail and specialized armor elements, so Clone fans should get a huge kick out of this. The character appeared on The Clone Wars last season and will be starring in The Bad Batch in May. Read on!
Today in Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day: Asajj Ventress (The Black Series 6-Inch). She shares tooling with Dark Side Vision Rey, but you wouldn't know it at first glance. This is one of the very best figures in this scale. This version of Dooku's assassin is largely based on the first couple of seasons of the 2008 The Clone Wars show - and read on!
Today in Figure of the Day: Ahsoka Tano (The Black Series 6-Inch). She's a Walmart exclusive that I never actually saw in a store - presumably some made it to stores, but I got mine online. Maybe there's more to be had - it's tough to tell. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Captain Rex (2020 Reissue, The Vintage Collection). It's a reissue of The Black Series 3 3/4-inch figure with slightly sharper details and slightly more saturated blue paint. Of the two releases, it's the better one, but you'd be hard-pressed to tell the difference without a side-by-side comparison of both figures in person. Read on!
