Thanks to some timely reporting by Jedi Temple Archives, we were able to score the new Target exclusive Vintage Collection 3 Packs featuring a Villain Set with a Tusken Raider, Boba Fett, and Snaggletooth and a Droid Set packed with R5-D4, Death Star Droid, and an all new Power Droid. 

The lovable fellows at Sandtroopers.com posted this story showcasing the blandly named Classic Character Adventure Pack, which joins repackaged Jedi Force figures with what seems to be a repack of a Galactic Heroes Jawa.

Target sweetens the deals this week by marking down their "Shadows of the Dark Side" merchandise by 70%. This includes The Republic Attack Shuttle at an astoundingly low $23.99 (that's less than a price of a Class II vehicle!). If you haven't grab one yet, now is the time to do so. It may be not as appealing as an Original Trilogy toy, but it is fun and feature rich. The exclusive Vintage 3 Packs have also been marked down to $5.93. But there's a twist.

After a lackluster January 30th that saw most merchandise released by Walmart weeks before and Discover The Force looking to be delayed until The Phantom Menace 3D hits theaters, it's time for some bargain hunting. Our Galactic Hunt Report advises you to stay on Target.

Following up on our earlier report, Target seems to be the retailer selling the Titanium 3 packs for Hasbro's MSRP of $19.99, which leads us to believe that Walmart, usually the "low price leader' amongst big box retailers, has their $29.96 pricing in error or they are getting really greedy. We lean towards the former.

The Target exclusive Evolutions Light Movie Heroes The Rise of  Darth Vader and Emergence of the Sith 2 Packs are now out. The retail is $14.99 each and the DPCI is 087060121. 

At a short glance, all four figures appear to be re-issues with slight paint modifications. Happy Hunting!

Target adds another Star Wars Episode I 3D feature endcap in addition to the aisle display they already have up. Let's hope the new merchandise starts flowing in soon!

Target stores are preparing for the Star Wars 2012 toy launch with a new aisle display. While it looks fantastic, it only makes us giddy for new merchandise and the January 30th street date! Please send us news of your finds as now is the time to hunt the stores. 

Following up on Adam's Wal-mart post, select Target stores have also begun marking down their Vintage Tauntaun and Landspeeder exclusives along with their exclusive Search For Lukeskywalker Battle Pack. A couple of stores in San Diego have them marked down to $17.48 (regularly $24.99). Happy Hunting!

A stealth exclusive?  Yup!  Take note of this one, kids, because this is one of the ones you might skip and kick yourself about in about four years if the secondary market prices on Galactic Heroes are any indication.  This new Jedi Force Clone Wars Adventure Pack is $14.99, in some Targets now on a special mixed Playskool/Imaginext endcap, and is-- say it with me-- just different enough to make you mad.

Since you've just had some good news, saddle up for some bad.  Rather than go to clearance, the oft-raised-and-lowered 2009 Target-exclusive Geonosis Arena 2-packs have seemingly returned but with a much higher price tag-- pennies north of $16.  If you waited on these... keep waiting.

Hasbro sent us another exciting batch with a mix of new images of things we've seen and new stuff. The newest of the new is the Target Exclusive Star Wars The Search for Luke Skywalker set, which sports a retooled vintage Hoth Han Solo (hood not up, dagnabbit) alongside a newly-tooled Tauntaun and a Hoth Rebel Trooper. A new 46-piece LEGO 30054 AT-ST is showing up in Target's new Easter sections, alongside new Ninjago and another City set.  It's $3.99.  In addition to this are other toys from various lines, including Funko's super-cool DC Pop!
