As repaints go, Incinerator Trooper (The Black Series 6-Inch) is kind of perfect.  New paint, new pauldron, flamethrower, and a backpack - plus The Mandalorian fans can shake hands with The Force Unleashed fans for a trooper that can appeal to fans of both.   But good luck finding one, as always.  Read on!

Target.com put up a page for what appears to be a new run of the Star Wars The Black Series Carbonized Collection The Mandalorian Toy Figure due early in 2021.  It's a very good figure - click here to read our review from earlier this year.  It's $5 more expensive than the previous release, but it also is cheaper than purchasing one on the secondary market. This is not the full Beskar mold, but rather the late 2019 version with a very shiny finish.

Hasbro's Star Wars The Vintage Collection Razor Crest smashed its goal in a day, and has sold 19,997 at press time.  The $349.99 vehicle is currently set to include three 3 3/4-inch scale action figures, four Carbonite blocks, removable panels, escape pods, blasters, and a toilet.

Complete with signet and jet pack, The Mandalorian (Beskar Armor, The Black Series 6-Inch) matches his look at the end of season one and, so far, the beginning of season two.   It's a retool of the first figure from 2019, but there's enough different that you're going to want one.   Read on!

Amazon posted its  Star Wars The Black Series Speeder Bike Scout Trooper and The Child Toys 6-Inch-Scale The Mandalorian Collectible Figure and Vehicle Set (Amazon Exclusive) today for $49.99, and this is an ad link where we might get a few pennies if you click it and order. (So please do.)

Revealed today: Star Wars The Vintage Collection Din Djarin (The Mandalorian) and The Child Toys, 3.75-inch-Scale Figures, Only at Walmart.  Pre-orders are live as of my writing this, and you can order one if you like - however Walmart has not delivered the items from the summer launches, so it's possible this also might get delayed a bit. Whatever you think he comes from, the design docs make sure Imperial Stormtrooper (The Mandalorian/Rogue One, The Black Series 6-Inch) covers a couple of bases.  It's a new mold! There's.... an unfinished head under the helmet? The articulation is closer to that of a very good 3 3/4-inch figure. And you  will want dozens.  Read on!

After passing 11,000 backers, the HasLab Razor Crest Vehicle Campaign added its latest - and I dare say most compelling - stretch goal.  At 13,000, there are four Carbonite Blocks including a Rodian, a pair of human or near-human characters, plus Horation Sanz' Myhtrol character.   Given that in 40 years the only frozen figures we have had are Han Solo and Jar Jar Binks, this is a pretty exciting addition - and I'm hoping they hit the goal! 

Hasbro's PR team wrote in to say:

"In recent Hasbro Star Wars HasLab news, the brand has reached their stretch goal of 8,000 backers earlier today and subsequently revealed the second tier unlock for the HasLab Star Wars: The Vintage Collection Razor Crest – the Star Wars: The Vintage Collection The Child Figure with Pram!"

Also:

"Featuring a card back, head and arm sculpt, gear shaft knob, and Pram deco treatment you can only receive with the HasLab Razor Crest"

This probably means a mass retail release is coming, but even if it is, this is probably the easiest way to get yours.  (Even if it has a $350 ship with toilet with it.)

Is it Man... or The Mandalorian? Neither - The Child has taken over Star Wars! Collectible figures, action figures, a board game, plushes, 2 kinds of electronic doll things, and more are on deck this year as is The Darksaber. Other character announcements were sadly in short supply, but at least it looks like the future of Star Wars is, indeed, the children.
