Ad: New from Funko and Mattel, The Child from The Mandalorian is coming in 2020! Plush and vinyl are up for pre-order today!
It's Darth Vader (Galaxy of Adventures 5-Inch)! He's big and chunky, and in that new scale and style that won't match your other toys - it's cool, though. Provided you aren't overwhelmed in desk figures, this is a good one. Read on!
This week in Q&A - The Mandalorian! Things are a little slow right now, yes. And Exclusives street dates - they're very much a thing still, even though Force Friday is over.
Be sure you send in your questions for next time. Our mail bag is empty. Read on!

f you like 3 3/4-inch action figures, the indie world has been a great place to dwell. Healey Made's Raider is now available in clear green and black, the latter of which has since sold out. They're $20 and $25, respectively. Legend has it an old Kenner sculptor worked on these, so you may want to keep your ears to the ground for announcements of future painted figure releases. An unpainted blue prototype seems to be long gone - I didn't even see it get listed!
If you need custom figure fodder or are looking to scratch an itch, I recommend these. They're nice toys.
Millions have been produced over the years, but there was enough demand that Hasbro made more of Darth Vader (The Retro Collection) in a new format for 2019. The texture and feel is a little different, and there's a slight difference in the chest paint - and of course, the copyright markings are changed. Read on!
Ad: Star Wars Black Series Dewback! $14.99 at 11:00 AM Pacific - mark your calendars! This figure is a 6-inch scale lizard with a fully-jointed Sandtrooper. At $14.99, it's as good as you can hope to get. Click here for the link.
You can find the Luke Skywalker (Yavin, The Vintage Collection) in stores or order online, as it's a Walmart exclusive! I would recommend getting the figure in store - it's the Luke of Theseus with a new head and a few other changes from previous releases. It just doesn't s hip well in an unprotected plastic sack. This week in Q&A - Bases! There's one official clear one for The Black Series but it's only a good start. Also Packaging Rumors are indeed only rumors.

Best Buy scored one of the best exclusives of the year - now on their web site and probably out of stock - with the new Star Wars - The Black Series Heavy Infantry Mandalorian Deluxe Action Figure. This appears in The Mandalorian streaming series, and since we are not considering product announcements to be spoilers unless it has a specific feature (i.e., decapitation) we're going to go ahead and post it here.
If you are going to D-Con, Anaheim's Designer Con, this weekend be sure to stop by booth #3028 to see Cappy Space. You can pick up CPs&Qs AV Robot or R-Toolio there, or order it on this web site right here. These are Glyos-compatible figures and mix with The Outer Space Men as well as those 3 3/4-inch My Hero Academia figures you see at the GameStop. They look pretty sharp.
CPs&Qs AV Robot is a gold recolor of the Nemo's Factory AV Robot, while R-Toolio is a clever redeco of the Onell Design Hub set.
The R4 Astromech (Color-Changing Droids, Droid Factory, Galaxy's Edge) is pretty amazing. When warm, it's a white and green R4 unit. When chilled, it's black. In between it looks like it's an oily, used mess - it's really impressive. Read on!
It's not really an exaggeration to say a lot of 3 3/4-inch figure products aren't being given any sort of announcement. This is especially true of many of the Disney theme park figures, like this one. I didn't know about this CZ Protocol Droid (Color-Changing Droids, Droid Factory, Galaxy's Edge) until it popped up on eBay and my pal Shannon got me its 4-pack, the other 4-pack, and a Droid Factory playset with the color-change droids on his next visit to Disneyland. (Thank you, Shannon!) The figure mold is nothing new, but the color-change paint is quite impressive. In warm temperatures, it's white, when it gets cold, it turns red. And it looks sort of like a crab leg if you touch it. Read on!
This week in Q&A - Modern grails, are they possible? Sure! But you'll never be able to predict them. Also completism is a scourge so let's talk about "just different enough to make you mad" from the new The Vintage Collection announcements.
Be sure you send in your questions for next time. Our mail bag is empty. Read on!
It's Luke with a new head, but Wedge Antilles (The Black Series 6-Inch) is pretty good. You get a great portrait, a blaster, a helmet, and possibly the wrong haircut. It's hard to know for sure - but you can read on!
The show is on today - I haven't seen it yet - but The Mandalorian (The Black Series 6-Inch) is a figure you can get now! It's armored, you can see some Scarif Trooper armor, and it looks cool. The coloring looks like something that would fit in with Jabba's entourage, but for now he'll just wander the shelves. Read on!
