Details are light, but at New York Comic Con Steve Evans posted a preview of Garindan! It looks a little different than many would have expected - the hips seem a little thin and possibly fragile for a robed figure - but it's a new alien. Is it an exclusive? Will it be in a 6-pack? How can I get one? I don't know. But it's nice to see the line continue, in some sort of "pack" at least.
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Luke Skywalker (Tatooine, Landspeeder - The Vintage Collection) . He can sit better and has a belt that can carry more accessories. If you want a figure for a playset or a vehicle, get this one. If you want one to stand around, get the one without the Landspeeder. Read on!
If you didn't get yours yet, DisneyStore.com has the R2-H25 Holiday Droid Factory Figure up for $14.99. With tax and shipping that's close to $30, so you might also want to see if there are Halloween or other figures to soften the impact.
This week in Star Wars Q&A - Here comes success! Hooray, success! And Death Star expectations - we're gonna have a lot to speculate on until HasLab does(n't) make it happen.

Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Padmé Amidala (The Black Series 3 3/4-Inch) . She's from 2013, but I was on a break for a while then. With the new Gunship, maybe you'll want to keep her around just in case her Nexu slash marks are more to your liking. (I don't know the Nexu-ness if the new one.) Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Chewbacca (Epic World of Action). It's tall, it has a lot of articulation, and it's really nice. The sculpt retains elements of the bigger The Black Series figures, with lots of accessories and really good deco. I haven't seen this one in stores yet, so you might want to get it online. Read on!
This week in Star Wars Q&A - Why aren't we getting more of the grails in The Retro Collection? Well, who else is asking for them? Also reading into things a bit too much - it's not like a HasLab gives you enough data to know much of anything.

Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Figrin D'an (or Lirin Car'n with Kloo Horn, The Vintage Collection) . It's Cantina season, and it seems Amazon's prices on the set, so say this sponsored link, keep trending down - which is a pity, it's a good set. If you got a Cantina, you should buy one or maybe even two at the current $47.93. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Clone Trooper Lieutenant (Teth, The Vintage Collection). Even though you no doubt have similar figures, there are scrapes, there are no four rank dots. It's just a nice blue Clone figure based on the cartoon but without the "OII" on the back. Read on!
This week in Star Wars Q&A - can you fix cardbacks that the shipping services told to get bent? I'd probably steer you to track down a good one instead. Also why does Hasbro make the kid scale barely incompatible with decades of history? Man, I don't know, keeping it consistent worked well for LEGO and Playmobil and Hot Wheels.
Also, we're out of questions for October. Got a burning question? Ask!

Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Crosshair (The Vintage Collection). The second team member from Clone Force 99 is here, and the first one was in 2023.
Reusing a lot of Hunter parts, this is a good figure - it doesn't have all the paint you might want, but the range of movement is good and it looks like the character on the show He also has a decent amount of gear and added parts, with a swappable head rather than a removable helmet. Also most surprising of all, I've actually seen him on pegs in stores over the past month - more than once.
I'd recommend giving him a look if you liked his appearances on The Bad Batch and The Clone Wars. Read on!
This week in Star Wars Q&A - Electronics! It seems odd that they're gone. And HasLab Reruns - it seems unlikely but not impossible.

It's not a Star Wars figure, but it's not far off! This indie figure is sculpted by the guy who did Walrus Man, with details inspired by Grand Moff Tarkin, Cobra Commander, Boba Fett, and Darth Vader. And it's colored like a Fisher-Price Adventure People X-Ray Man. And it's only $25 for an indie PVC figure. What is it?
Still available! The Healey Made X-Raider Action Figure is a fantastic little figure that mashes up inspirations from the greatest 3 3/4-inch action figure lines of the 1970s and 1980s... and a little more. It's Glyos-compatible, and I would recommend it if you have an unpackaged collection of The Retro Collection.
