New limited edition Star Wars artwork has recently been added to Brianstoys.com!  The highly detailed Obi-Wan Kenobi and Han Solo with Chebacca art by Jerry VanderStelt will make a great addition to any fan's room.

Deviations from the normal course can at times turn into disaster, and then there are the few instances where it results into brilliant execution. The new Clone Wars "realistic" Anakin Skywalker has to be considered the best one of this character yet. Don't believe me? Oola-la!  This super-articulated take on Jabba's ex-dancer and pet snack turned out quite well and has her costume rendered largely in soft goods, which is, to say the least, unusual.  Check her out!

Pre-orders for the new Sixth Scale Tusken Raider are now being taken! The figure features over  30 points of articulation and includes accessories such as a Tusken Raider Portrait and Slug Thrower Rifle. The Sideshow Limited Edition includes a Gaffi Weapon with Gun Stock.

Sideshow has posted a great preview shot of the upcoming Premium Format Captain Rex. More photos will be revealed on their Production Blog on April 10th with hopefully some pre-order information posted at that time as well.

Let's get this out of the way. That cardback is infallible like a holy relic and brings geeky tears to my eyes. Having a Darth Vader on a Kenner Star Wars card brings back so many memories, it's like an old childhood friendship rekindled. The action figure, while not entirely perfect, is pretty awesome too.

Imperial Navy Commander? Death Star Trooper? Why not keep it traditional planet obliterating evil with Death Squad Commander? The cardback is beautifully and nostalgically Kenner and the figure itself is certainly the best iteration of this character yet.
