That's the rumor!  Comingsoon.com, Slashfilm, Theme Park Insider, and IGN (among others) all have reports of this tantalizing, thrilling, and completely expected development.  UPDATE - a reader and former Disney employee added his two cents.

For those of you who are interested in reading, something called William Shakespeare's Star Wars: Verily, A New Hope is actually a thing coming out July 2.  Amazon has it up for pre-order, and EW.com has an excerpt up you can read right now!  Ian Doescher penned the play which comes complete with illustrations that are appropriately of an older era.

After a few aborted game plans and years of speculation that wasn't really speculation, EA's DICE division has something special for you: an E3 teaser trailer for Star Wars Battlefront III!   You can see it after the jump, although there's not a heck of a lot to really digest here just yet other than a lot of familiar, snowy sounds.

OK toy fans - the pre-orders are live and the release date for Star Wars: The Black Series is coming up pretty quickly.  We have a question for you, specifically we'd love to know how you would prefer to see the figures reviewed on this very site when we find/obtain/do not steal our review samples!  Your input is very much appreciated.

The poll will allow you to vote for more than one option - so if there are two you would like, by all means, go for it.  We haven't decided what direction to take for these just yet, and are really curious what the collectors of 2013 want the most.  (We opted to not include a longer video option, because, let's face it, nobody needs 10 minutes to review 1 figure if Siskel and Ebert could debate a film in 3 minutes.)

A link making the rounds to the site  Tenth Letter of the Alphabet focuses on something which may be of interest to you called "Anatomy of a Logo: Star Wars."  It looks at the evolution and many revisions of the famous logo, with lots of examples from licensed products you own or have owned with things like a changing, more pointy "W" and Marvel Comics' revisions to the classic eight letters we now all probably have, in some incarnation, by the thousand in our storage units.

After rumors and some confusion, a few reviews surfaced today confirming that it was indeed available to purchase!  The iTunes Store has Knights of the Old Republic for your iPad.  The 10-year-old game is $9.99.  A story at Time.com talks about how IGN had a review up before the game was officially announced.  And you thought it was bad when Walmart got an exclusive before Hasbro announced it!  (Well, yeah, it is.)
