Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Anakin Skywalker (Ewok Village Spirit, The Vintage Collection) . It's an attempt to update the classic mail-in figure, and it's a redeco of last year's clear-ish blue spirit figure with sparkles.

It comes on a vintage cardback, but not a Power of the Force one with a coin - and the figure itself looks like a figure of the cardback painting. It's not bad, but given the previous two Sebastian Shaw figures had plastic robes it's kind of an unusual sight, and fans may prefer the old ones even though this one has more paint, more joints, and is technically better.

I think I just like the simplicity of the original Kenner figure best even though this one is, in nearly every way, improved. Read on!
