So, what's mew in this nearly 90-minute video? The Vintage Collection previewed new R2-D2 and C-3PO figure test shots. Both of those characters haven't had a real all-new mold in collector lines for over 15 years. A three-pack to add to The Ghost will have new versions of Sabine Wren, Ezra Bridger, and Kanan Jarrus in a Stormtrooper disguise.

The Black Series previews figures from the first six movies, in narrative order: Queen Amidala in red dress, Anakin Skywalker, Galactic Marine, X-Wing Pilot Luke Skywalker, IG-88, and Tessek. Half of those seem to be new to the scale, if my notes are right, so that's a decent start with new and better-looking packaging.

There was also a new Stormtrooper shown for 2027, and this one has some improvements on articulation, the functioning holster for the blaster, toe articulation, a solid helmet, and extending limbs with variable height. It's going to be interesting for diorama builders and photo fiends.  It comes ona new gold cardback that uses a thicker cardboard.  There will also be a "vintage" variant for Walmart, Target, and theme parks... so good luck.
