This 6-inch C-3PO just hit this year, sporting a red arm from The Force Awakens.  There are two flavors of cherry arms - this is the brighter of the two.  There's one with two golden arms exclusive to Walgreens, hitting wider distribution as I type this.   Have you found yours yet?   Should you get this one?  Read on!

Star Wars Figure of the Day: Day 2,322: Scarif Stormtrooper (The Black Series 6-Inch)

By Adam Pawlus — Monday, December 26, 2016

Walmart's 6-inch Scarif Stormtrooper is a lot like its exclusive 3 3/4-inch version.  Heck, it seems if you need one, Walmart.com still has a few.     It's a nice figure, with good deco, and you probably wish you could get more of it.  Such is the state of army builders in the Disney era.  Read on!

Star Wars Figure of the Day: Day 2,320: Death Trooper (The Black Series 6-Inch)

By Adam Pawlus — Thursday, December 22, 2016

The reality of the Death Trooper may not be as cool as the mystery box provided to us by the marketing, but the armor design is pretty cool.  It has two blasters, Darth Vader's belt buckle, and a height above that of normal troopers.   Should you pick up this 6-inch Imperial trooper?  I assume you already have, but read on!

Star Wars Figure of the Day: Day 2,319: Captain Cassian Andor (The Black Series 6-Inch)

By Adam Pawlus — Wednesday, December 21, 2016

Captain Cassian Andor is one of the cool new characters in Rogue One, and this version is exclusive to Target.   It's an amazing sculpt that really could use a repainted head.   It's pretty good otherwise - how many figures have 3-piece blasters?   Read on!

Star Wars Figure of the Day: Day 2,318: K-2SO (The Black Series 6-Inch)

By Adam Pawlus — Tuesday, December 20, 2016

Now that I've seen Rogue One, I assume you have too with a look at the 6-inch K-2SO action figure from Hasbro.  It's pretty good, and doesn't include a blaster like some early packaged press photos.   If you thought he was the best part of the movie, I have little doubt that you'll find him the best action figure.  Read on!

Found: 6-Inch Cheap Hasbro Star Wars Figures, Again

By Adam Pawlus — Monday, December 19, 2016

But wait, there's more!   If you enjoyed the cheap 6-inch figures we found a few months ago, there are now more.  The first series was an overseas exclusive with Finn, Kylo Ren, First Order Stormtrooper, First Order Flametrooper, and Darth Vader.  The second series showed up at Dollar General, Family Dollar, and the like with Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, Kanan Jarrus, and a repack of Darth Vader making his US debut.  A new series just hit Big Lots stores in the USA at a mere $6.00 each with the previous series, but also Rey and Darth Maul.  If you've missed these so far, they're the same size as your The Black Series collection - just cheaper and with less articulation.

Q&A: Star Wars Answers, Post-Dental Surgery #2 of 2

By Adam Pawlus — Sunday, December 18, 2016

This week in Q&A - I'm wasted, again! The post-dental proceedings continue as the stuff starts to wear off. What could possibly go wrong? Well, you'll find out.

The topics: Big vehicles! What was the biggest thing from the good old days? Random questions! Sure, we can do that. And more vehicles - can we expect more from recent Disney-era stuff that isn't the newest Disney-era stuff? Maybe.   Look, apparently I'm a lot less fun when I'm doped up and have no attention span.

And send in your questions for next week. Read on!

Q&A: Star Wars Answers, Post-Dental Surgery #1 of 2

By Adam Pawlus — Sunday, December 11, 2016

This week in Q&A - I'm wasted! Also don't do drugs kids. Last Wednesday I got some dental surgery and am told to not operate heavy machinery and not to engage in any activities where bad judgment should come in to play - but I see no reason to deviate from my usual bad judgment plans. This intro was written the night before, but all of the answers are unedited (except for any coding errors) immediately after I got home following the procedure. Let's see how this plays out, won't we? As long-time readers know I'm not a drinker so I'm zero fun at parties - so I'm as curious to see if this ends up interesting as you are.

The topics: When does it end? Never! And Tank Pilots and Ranks - let's get pedantic. Also Wish Lists - why not? We've got 3 more questions from this session next week, including areas where it gets a little disgusting.

And send in your questions for the future. Read on!

And send in your questions for next week. Otherwise?  Vacation time. We got some questions. We're doing this. Read on!

Star Wars Figure of the Day: Day 2,317: R2-C2 (The Black Series)

By Adam Pawlus — Thursday, December 1, 2016

There's no full-size Ziro the Hutt figure yet (just a Fighter Pods figure), but you can get his bartender!  The R2-C2 is on sale at Entertainment Earth right now, it's an exclusive, and yeah I work there.  So I'm biased.   Do you need to get your drink on with a robot?  Read on!

Star Wars Figure of the Day: Day 2,316: Darth Maul (Rebels, Rogue One Line Look)

By Adam Pawlus — Wednesday, November 30, 2016

Hey kids, it's Darth Maul!  In the far-flung futurey past of Star Wars Rebels, he retains his cybernetic lower torso and legs, but has once more lost his shirt.  Poor guy just can't keep his shirt on.   This is why Darth Maul  is the Iggy Pop of outer space.  Want to know more about this new figure?  Read on!

Star Wars Figure of the Day: Day 2,315: Seventh Sister Inquisitor (Rebels, Rogue One Line Look)

The Seventh Sister Inquisitor was shown last February at Toy Fair and started hitting stores about a month ago - along with another shirtless Darth Maul, as is the style at the time.  She has a miniature droid, a lightsaber, and a removable face mask. She also has the ability to fall over and has eschewed such elements as foot peg holes.  Want to know more?  Read on!
