In the realm of "holy cow that's awesome," kids of the 1980s will lose their cool over Gentle Giant's exclusive Jumbo 12-Inch Celebration VII Droids C-3PO.  (I want one!)  This yellow figure is a remake of a repaint - one of very few repaints - from the entire original Kenner action figure line.  It is gorgeous.  I will have one.  (Somehow.)

Gentle Giant's booth was a centerpiece of goodies big and small. New minibusts of Wedge Antilles, Luke Endor, and Queen Amidala in her Red Senate Gown that are due out in Q4 look absolutely fantastic and so do the new maquettes based on characters from Star Wars Rebels.

Gentle Giant releases their September solicitations that includes the spectacularly huge and amazing Life Sized Vintage Kenner Stormtrooper! Also announced is the Jumbo Vintage Hoth Rebel Soldier that's slated for release in Q3 2014. Check out all the details ahead!

Gentle Giant came in with all hands on deck for this year's Comic-Con. With 9 exclusives and 4 being Star Wars, GG wanted to make a splash this year. Their other non-Star Wars licenses that include The Walking Dead and their proprietary Honey Trap line are doing phenomenally well. But an assortment that has been steadily growing and gaining more fans is their Jumbo Vintage Kenner line.

This was the big news that we had to keep mum on at CVI and it's a pretty exciting announcement outside of a Jumbo Scale Landspeeder. Gentle Giant announces that they are expanding their awesome Jumbo Kenner Vintage line to now include Power of The Force cards that include 3" scale replicas of the vintage collectible coins!

Gentle Giant releases their solicititations for Star Wars items slated in the 4th Quarter. Yoda joins the Jumbo Vintage line-up and looks fantastic with Gentle Giant closely replicating the soft goods material of the original Kenner figure. An orange snake version is planned for general release while a brown snake variant is scheduled to be a Premier Guild exclusive.
