If you want it or not, Adam's Star Wars Newsletter #11 is ready!
Back in the 1990s I wrote an email newsletter with news and rumors about all things Kenner, Galoob, and whatever else I could dig up. Sadly this is mostly limited to stuff that has been confirmed, but this has new theme park releases, updates on movies and small screen shows, and the obligatory info dump from Hasbro's Pulse Con last weekend. Spoiler: if you were expecting more Cantina or Jabba Palace figures in any size, give up.
Click here to read the full update and the old ones too!
Galactic Hunter has posted a Adam's Star Wars Newsletter #10! Rogue One returns to theaters. Andor was delayed! We saw new toys and reissues of old toys at San Diego Comic-Con! Disney's Halloween items are starting to hit theme parks, as is a Kenobi-specific droid set that looks pretty sharp. There's also a big list of new announcements and recent releases. Read it here!
Star Wars Celebration is ending, so it's time to go through the list of new stuff I've jotted down in Adam's Star Wars Newsletter #9! All the announcements you missed because who wants to watch 1 hour of video for 3 minutes of names? New games, new toys, new streaming series, and a whole lot of other information has been stuffed in a text document so you can know just about everything worth knowing, and look up more if you want. Read it here!
Adam's Star Wars Newsletter is back with the announcements you missed because who wants to watch 1 hour of video for 3 minutes of names? I don't. New Obi-Wan Kenobi, Expanded Universe, The Mandalorian, and other toys have been announced - many of which just went up for pre-order. But we're not going to make you watch someone ramble on camera to find out what they are - I typed up all the names in the newsletter so you can skim it while you're on the bus, or the toilet. Take care to not confuse the two. We expect even more announcements at Star Wars Celebration in just a few weeks.
Adam's Star Wars Newsletter is back with the announcements of new Walmart pre-orders for Vintage figures based on the original trilogy. I know, I can't believe it either - Mustache Bespin Security Guard is coming back! For real! Pre-orders are next week, but did you know a lot of other items were added to these updated checklists which you may have missed? It's true! And you can read them on the toilet if you bring your device in the bathroom, and we don't make you watch YouTube videos or anything. It's just text.
Well, we're still doing this! Adam's Star Wars Newsletter returns as an all-text, mostly-checklist thing every month or two so you can keep on top of things that got announced. It's the best way to see what you missed, but things come and go and maybe you can get the next run. Check out the latest issues here.
With new pre-orders today and The Book of Boba Fett next week, it's a great time to catch up while your boss thinks you're still working. Read on!
Would you believe even more figures were announced today, including a new 6-inch original trilogy alien? It's true. You can watch a video reveal, or you could just read the checklist in issue #5.
After numerous early morning reveals, last weekend's PulseCon reveals, and today's fan event reveals, there's a lot to catch up on. But who has the time to watch hours of video for a dozen new names? Not you! So click this and skim on the toilet. I won't tell anyone that's how you do your research, it can be our secret.
We're back! Adam's Star Wars Newsletter #4 is ready to read. Why should you read it?
It has things in recent Hasbro streams that you can't be bothered to sit for an hour and watch, in a format that you can skim through on your iPad on the toilet. I'm here for you, fellow olds. Highlights include: the HasLab Razor Crest delay, Macy's new toy section, an all-new Bib Fortuna, and so many of the new Hasbro announcements from over the summer in a handy checklist form - so you can see if any of it matters without wasting the amount of time it would take you to catch up on What We Do in the Shadows! Aren't I thoughtful?
It's that time again! A checklist of new announcements and new releases can be found in Adam's Star Wars Newsletter #3. If you've watched all the streams, you won't find much new here - but there are a lot of new items to order and gawk at, and this is a quick way to find out what you didn't realize you missed. And it's done on a web site that's 1995 chic. Trendy!
Read it on the toilet. It won't take long and it'll tell you all the new Hasbro announcements you wanted to know.
We're back! A Dinosaur's Story. Also Adam's Star Wars Newsletter #2. This is where we're keeping all the May the 4th Hasbro reveals - if you just want a list of new stuff, click through and skim it. You don't have to watch 40 minutes of streaming video reveals to get the news, we did that for you.
What does this dial-up-era newsletter have for you this week?

The New Hasbro Releases
The Other 6-Inch Star Wars Action Figure Line

As Captain Beefheart once said to hecklers, "I'm going to do what I want to do!"
I don't much like coding or social media or anything like that - but I love writing about toys. Back in the 1990s I ran a Star Wars email newsletter called ASWN, Adam's Star Wars Newsletter, as a dial-up text email blasted out to people. I may set up a new email server, but I brought it back as a 1995-chic web page with all the new info from today's Hasbro Pulse announcements, and some updates on upcoming comics, streaming shows, and conventions that you may have missed.
Click here to return to 1995 with a brand new issue of Adam's Star Wars newsletter. It's all text. That's how I want to do it. If you don't like it, there are lots of other web pages not written by cranky middle-aged fans who started writing about toys as cranky teenage fans.
Generally speaking I try not to post anything that's mostly self-congratulatory nonsense. I don't like to post notices about holidays or too many anniversaries, because it's not what I started writing about toys on the internet - but today seemed like a good day to try it anyway. You may not know this - or care - but I started writing about Star Wars on the internet as a free newsletter on August 1, 1995. Word on the street was the Power of the Force relaunch by Kenner was hitting Service Merchandise stores, that the AT-ST may have shipped despite not being one of the four vehicles announced at Toy Fair, and the most juicy (and weird) rumor of all was that Froot Loops cereal would have a mail-in Han Solo in Stormtrooper Disguise action figure. In July of that year, it seemed difficult to find any proof of what sounded preposterous. A new mail-in cereal figure? From Kellogg's, and not General Mills? And for free? Preposterous.
