Classic Star Wars is back! A new story arc for the break out hit comic begins with Princess Leia taking the Rebel secret mission to another level in Star Wars #7. Darth Vader encounters an evil people with a dark prophecy and a powerful weapon in Darth Vader and the Ninth Assasin #4. All this and more for Dark Horse in July!

The Gamorrean Guard figure is back in stock as well. Also featured this week is new artwork from ACME Archives by artists Cliff Chiang and Steve Thomas.
Q&A time, kids! So how about fan petitions to Hasbro - have they worked? What about Return of the Jedi's 30th Anniversary - what's going on there? And what about that Naboo Fighter - let's tackle that one again. More Q&A fun awaits when you read on!
The Jedi Temple Archives are reporting that Gordmans received the hard-to-find 2012 Naboo Starfighter vehcle wave. Never heard of Gordmans? You aren't alone, as they are in only 18 states and not necessarily the most densely populated ones. All 3 vehicles from the wave showed up for $19.99 each.
Favorite reading provider of reading material The AV Club posted this article, "Before Star Wars, George Lucas was an indie filmmaker" on the early days of his career and the movie THX-1138 which odds are a lot of you haven't seen still. (I have and let me tell you, it's a pretty intense experience, particularly in the middle of the night.)
At CinemaCon, according to Variety, release dates for the next three Star Wars flicks were listed. Oh joyous day! Chief of Disney Studios Alan Horn was talking about the upcoming Disney slate which is jam-packed full of sequels, movies with Johnny Depp, and other "safe" blockbusters the likes of which will astound modern man that this is the same company that put out Wall-E in just a few years. But where was I? Right, dates.
Proving that Lucasfilm was in an era that would license absolutely anything, here's a Dewback Dog Costume. This is apparently a real thing, and I for one am appalled. We used to be in a marketplace where the line had a little more integrity than this. I can only imagine how humiliated that dog will be when his labradoodle neighbor mocks him for having a Stormtrooper on his back instead of a Sandtrooper.
Customizer and maker Kid Ink Industries posted a bunch of custom Star Wars figures at the RockfordArtDeli shop. Three "RAD" droids (Roaming Assistance Droids) in unique colors were shown with absolutely gorgeous packaging that's even more retro than the real Kenner boxes. A Sandtrooper with some skeletons is up as well, plus some other troopers and surprises.
It's Monday, so it's time to look at your questions for Q&A! So how about Bo-Katan - is she off the table? Should we start designing our own Captain Rex figure now? And... more on 2013 because zzzzz. All this and more, read on and send in your questions for next time! (Or I get a break!)

Looking to kill some time? NextMovie.com posted a video splicing together all (or at least most) of 30 Rock's Star Wars references. The whole thing has a whole lot of Tina Fey and runs 2:41, so I'd say you've got plenty of time to check this one out. We embedded the video after the jump.
Yakface.com reports that Hasbro has assigned a date of June 1st for the release of the ToysRUs exclusive Vintage Collection Endor AT-AT. Of course, given Hasbro's recent history with dates and releases, a caveat emptor applies.
Here are the latest pre-orders and new arrivals from our sponsors at BigBadToyStore.com. Star Wars items include the new Scout Trooper Ewok Attack Maquette from Gentle Giant. Check out the full listing after the jump!
With all sorts of goodies leaking out lately, Kotaku posted a big article on the final months of LucasArts which, in and of itself, would be a good read. The icing on the cake is Battlefront III video footage, showing off some of the vehicles and weapons which may have been in the final, now-not-coming build.
