Toy Fair: Uncle Milton Schools Kids and Collectors

By Adam May — Monday, February 14, 2011

(NEW YORK, NY)  Uncle Milton, the home of all things scientific and Star Wars, continues to bring kids and collectors innovative products as they teach us about the mysteries of a galaxy far, far away (and some stuff about this planet, too). Want to find out what's new? Read on, and learn, you will.

The R2-D2 Microviewer shows us another trick hidden inside our favorite little Astromech — he has a microscope in there! The R2-D2 Microviewer comes with 12 Star Wars slides (even Wookiee hair) and you can use it to analyze other things, too. Use it to scrutinize the paint applications on your figures, or grade your own collectibles.

The Boba Fett Launch Lab is designed to teach kids about physics by launching everyone's favorite bounty hunter right into the gaping maw of the Sarlacc Pit. Just push down on the launch pad and watch that bad boy fly!

There are sets to build your own Mini-Lightsaber that somehow knows if you're Jedi or Sith. (We'll leave that one up to you to figure out — mysterious the Force is.)

You can light up a room with an assortment of Lightsaber Lights. (They also come in handy lighting and decorating that collection room that you've always thought needed a little more color.)
