As I am lazy and the headline says most of the story, let me just quote this article from the official site regarding the next Star Wars TV show's debut:

"Leading up to its global television debut [with the October 3 telefilm], Star Wars Rebels: Spark of Rebellion will be available on Disney Channel SVOD and to verified users beginning Monday, September 29, on WATCHDisneyXD.com and the WATCH Disney XD app."

Regular episodes will air  beginning October 13, with new installments on subsequent Monday nights. The DVD of the debut episodes will be out in stores October 14.
