Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Tig Fromm (Droids cartoon). I've never really dug in to pre-1995 figures in this feature... but the new Retro guys are late shipping out and I wanted to write about something different. Dating back to 1985, this Droids tech bro from a family of gangsters was a pegwarmer that was worth less than the price of a comic book for the first few years.

Time changes things.

Kenner's sculpt does a good job capturing the vibe of the Droids cartoon, but has slightly different colors on his outfit plus a few subtle changes to the head. It's a colorful addition to any collection, and it would be great if Hasbro reissued it (along with his henchman Vlix) at some point in The Retro Collection. He includes 2-1B's staff, but otherwise is his own man. Read on!
