Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Bespin Security Guard (Isdam Edian, The Vintage Collection). It's Lando parts with a new head and torso, but generally gets the job done. I just wish they actually gave one of the last few vintage figures left to update an original sculpt since the legs look a little weird, as do the cuffs around the sleeves, since they were not intended for this one.
