Let's Q&A! OK, go - first, Black Series. Nomenclature is fun! Also, Subscription Figures and why you should be thankful we don't have a subscription program. Which figures are best? Why, Star Wars figures of course. All this and more - read on!
Let's talk Q&A while I sit here looking to fill the week. What do we have? Let's complain about insufficient Expanded Universe figures. I think you people are wrong here. And Saga Legends, I love those new ones. Also, Black Series and best-of breed figures - and some other stuff. Oh, and you should go see Machete Kills while you can - no self-respecting fan of Star Wars should miss that movie. See it now so you can be cool and tell your friends you saw it in theaters. Oh, and let's look at the line through the eyes of an 11 year old. Would you believe they've been seeing the same dang thing for the bulk of their lifetime? And now, read on!
It's time to open wide and let in a stream of Q&A! This week: Kmart exclusives! Yes, there are three of them and they're still coming. How about astromech cardbacks like we're seeing on Amazon - should we expect more? (Spoiler: no.) Also let's get off-topic and talk about some other things which may interest you - because filler!
It's Q&A time! Want to send Hasbro a letter? We have the address! Feel like dumping on the new Gunship? Well, sure. At least the price, anyway. And Stormtrooper changes are worth noting! Also, let's go off-topic because filler and I found a couple of figures that are so screamingly McQuarrie-esque I just had to tell you about them. All this and more when you read on - and be sure to send in your questions for next week!
It's Q&A time! Let's talk 3 3/4-inch figures and the chances of a new Captain Piett action figure in that scale. I'm just not all that hopeful there. Also, I clear out my mail bag - it's empty, so send or re-send your questions for next time!
It's Q&A time! Let's look at ReAction Series Figures - it's the only thing that's probably going to generate more buzz than The Black Series. And let's talk about The Black Series some more, because, well, we have to. And vehicles - let's not forget those. All this and more, when you read on - and don't forget to send in questions for next time!
It's Q&A time! Let's look at The Black Series - you may not realize this, but we're required to legally. Even if the line dies in four waves, we have to talk about it. And how about warped plastic can we fix it? Some of it, yes! And can we complain about distribution in 2012 still? Apparently, we have to! Read on for more or send in a question for next time, or both.
It's Q&A time! Are we getting too many products even though it's arguably a slower year? Maybe. And which of the new figures are new enough to matter? The answer may (but won't) surprise you. Also, Walmart has no space for 6-inch figures - is there a precedent? Only one man knows for sure, and since he won't return your calls it's all up to me in this week's column!
It's time to choke down some Q&A with me - because you want to put off work, or don't want to go to bed yet! It's 40% Black Series by volume. Let's talk about that new Slave I and its various toy incarnations some more because why the heck not. Are we starting the pool for 6-inch Cantina Aliens? Oh yes we are. And are we going to examine the best C-3PO action figures? Of course I am. You can too, if you read on! (Also: please read on.)
It's Q&A time! Let's talk about the new 2013 action figures hitting stores near you right now. And also 6-inch figures, and Cantina aliens because these are things that are, in all seriousness, very important. While we're at it, let's also discuss the new Vintage Collection Slave I and Biggs Red 3 X-wing Fighter vehicles, because we can, and you need to know which - if either - are different enough to warrant buying. Read on for more!
It's Q&A time! Let's complain about articulation and the lack of original trilogy toys out there. Let's also look at Vintage-Style Figures and the always important accessories. All this and more await you!
It's Q&A time! Let's talk Disney - will their reach mean better distribution for toys? And how about Mission Series and Saga Legends - are they a good deal, considering the cost of inflation, over their 1970s cousins? And of course, let's talk a whole bunch about the Black Series 6-Inch Figures. They're here. Should you care? (Yes.) All this and the video game that ate up a lot of my Sunday. Read on!
Welcome to Q&A! Let's talk Vintage Retro Figures because that's on everybody's mind thanks to Super 7. Let's also talk Super Shogun Boba Fett while we're at it. And let's talk about Supporting the Toys that Matter - is it better to be cheap, or help a wave 2 come to pass? All this and more await you in July's final and mildly off-topic Q&A! Send in your questions for next week, and kindly read on.
We're back! This should be back to normal soon so let's get started with Q&A and hope this isn't filled with duplicates - we talk Droids, the new lines just hitting now, more on The Black Series, and other stuff in this column I penned about a week ago. Ask your questions for next time!
Want to know how to wipe off some yellowing from your Vintage 2010 Clone Trooper helmets and many 2002-2004 releases? I have discovered one solution! We also look at retro action figures, more anti-prequel sentiment and the usual stuff. Send in your questions for our next column - I can't guarantee next week due to SDCC, but it'll be soon, I promise! Read on for more!
