The one, the only, the Babu Frik (The Black Series 6-Inch) is who we're looking at today.  I don't assume they can or will make a 3 3/4-inch scale one, so this larger-scale (but tiny) figure is the best bet you've got right now.  Is it worth it? Will you lose it in the couch? Read on!

D-O (& Rey, The Black Series 6-Inch) is technically an accessory, but less technically, he's really hard to get to stand up properly compared to other versions of the figure.   He's a got a little dirt, though, and articulated hair antenna things on the back. Read on!

This 6-inch C-3PO includes Babu Frik... and Chewbacca's signature gear.   Promising chaos and action, the figure was ultimately more interesting than its scenes in The Rise of Skywalker, but hey, we've always got our imaginations.  The Target exclusive is most likely long gone at your local stores, but if you can find it I would recommend it.  Read on!

Check out Chewbacca (& C-3PO, The Black Series 6-Inch)! It's a lot more expenisve than buying individual Chewbacca and C-3PO figures, but there are enough changes that may make it worth your while to get this set. Read on!

This super-articulated Death Star Gunner (The Vintage Collection) is based on Rogue One!  It has a blaster and some of the best articulation ever, it's a pity there's no Death Star to put the figures in these days.  Read on!

Hey, it's a Klatooinian Raider (The Vintage Collection)!  It's a new head on an old Weequay body, with a new hat and vest. Clever!  It's the pack-in with the really cool AT-ST Raider, an expensive - but absolutely worth it on sale - exclusive at Best Buy.  Read on!

The 2019 First Order Stormtrooper (2019 TLJ, The Black Series 6-Inch)  looks a lot like figures from 2015 and 2018.  It also shares many parts with them, but this one was also available in a white box if that's your jam.  Do you need more?  Is it a great excuse to build an army while only buying one of everything?  Read on!

We had a brief server outage, which is why we're late posting about this Heavy Infantry Mandalorian (The Black Series 6-Inch)  - which was on the blog as scheduled, so hooray tenacity.  It's a great figure and Best Buy seems to be out for now.  Will you have another crack at it in the future?  Well, I hope so, it's superb. I don't care if you don't like the show, this figure is so cool you old crusty people are going to want one.  Read on!

It's Cara Dune (The Black Series 6-Inch)!  If you watched The Mandalorian, you probably want this figure. It's a good one - there's a knife, and the hole in the boot to store it in is well-hidden and nicely integrated.   Read on!

The Egg! Is not included with the Offworld Jawa (The Black Series 6-Inch) but it's still a decent figure.  Its popularity will no doubt increase over time as people actually watch The Mandalorian, so go ahead and get one (or six) now before the rest of the world catches on.  Read on!

Oddly this Finn (Galaxy of Adventures 5-Inch) seems to have already dried up around these parts - as the only Hasbro Finn from The Rise of Skywalker, at least to date, you might want to get one if you stumble on one.  The 5-inch line has been reported as being as low as $3-$5 at various Kroger-owned grocery stores and Walmarts, and they're well worth that price.  Particularly Finn, as it's a nicely-sculpted figure with great articulation and no problems standing.  Read on!

The not-so-new MSE Droid (The First Order, Galaxy's Edge, The Black Series 6-Inch) is amazingly well-decorated, with astonishingly good wear-and-tear paint right on the body.  It has wheels, it's small, and you can get it at Galaxy's Edge in a big expensive pack with another Kylo Ren.  Read on!

Check out 3PO (Color-Changing Droids, Droid Factory, Galaxy's Edge)! He goes from black to gold, and uses the build-a-droid molds you've come to love.   A cold black droid turns gold in your hands, and it looks a little muddy if you hold it just right. It's cool.  Read on!

Before The Rise of Skywalker, we had no idea what the deal with Knight of Ren (The Vintage Collection) was.  And now we still don't.  How does this not-quite-Darth Maul-looking guy shake out as a figure?  Quite well. Read on!

Possibly Zorii Bliss' little pal, the BB-19H (Droid Factory Line Look) is one of the better holiday droid figures.  With a clear red body and golden head, it's a Christmas Ornmanet Robot.   If it's still available, go ahead and grab it before it disappears.  Read on!
