Via the Toy Association: President’s Letter: Toy Fair Dallas and Toy Fair New York Postponed.In short, February's annual New York Toy Fair, which has been held for over a century, is not happening in February. They're optimistically looking to reschedule at some point in spring 2021, but to quote them:

"Stay tuned for an official announcement of specific show dates for both spring 2021 and February 2022, coming later this September."

Obviously a lot can happen between now and then, and we've seen every major fan industry show steamrolled or postponed this year so far since C2E2.   Star Trek Las Vegas and Los Angeles Comic Con are still set for December, but again, a lot can happen between their announced delays and an increasingly uncertain future.
