So how about another video review? 2012 Wave 7, the online exclusive batch of action figures, has started shipping and if you preordered them you probably already have them. Today we're going to do a video review of Ahsoka, a realistic interpretation of the character in her season 3 costume. It's pretty good. I think you'll like it, so watch it after the jump. If you don't, we know where you work, and we'll find you.
The Naboo Starfighter Pack is the sole carded "vehicle pack" in Star Wars Fighter Pods Series 3. (There's a boxed one too, so don't fret too much.) It includes an exclusive Anakin Skywalker, Darth Maul, and Naboo Starfighter while introducing the new "Spinfire Launchers" which aren't half bad. Despite the series being more than 50% repaints, the new elements are actually a heck of a lot of fun in this set. See the video and figures after the jump... or don't. Whatever.
Good news, everyone! Star Wars Fighter Pods Series 3 are here! I got a box of blind-bagged figures the other day and made a short video highlighting the new packaging and new figures like Savage Opress, Ahsoka Tano, and Princess Leia in Boushh Disguise. Several awesome new figures are included, as well as an obscene number of new holographic figures... including Jabba the Hutt. Want to see more? Check out the video after the jump.
The new Vintage Droid Set is pretty snazzy. If you haven't seen them in person yet, I hope you read the review a few days ago so you can see it yet again in this nifty video review, after the jump.
Did you miss our written review of this figure? Does reading bother you? Well, we've got a video today! Check out Clone Wars Commander Fox, the just-released new figure in wave 4 of The Clone Wars. Check out the video review after the jump.
Last but not least in this new wave of Vintage is Clone Pilot Odd Ball, a nicely-sculpted and pretty nicely painted new pilot! We didn't need a new mold, but Hasbro gave it to us and it turned out well. How well? Read on!
The second batch of Hasbro's Fighter Pods, tiny blind-bagged and painted Star Wars figures, have started shipping. Unfortunately the blind bags don't include checklists, nor do they include the online game codes promised on the bags. (There's a sticker covering this.) We got some. Want to know more? Did you see the McQuarrie Concept Boba Fett Fighter Pods Figure that everybody needs to get? Click through for a list of characters (and a video with some nice close-ups) after the jump.
The brand-new Naboo Starfighter was a long-delayed release, but would you believe it was actually manufactured very close to the wave 1 vehicles? Find out how you can tell, and just how good this new release is, in today's special video review right after the jump!
Another one! The just-released 2012 Nikto Skiff Guard sports a great sculpt and exceptional articulation. And we made a video of it, too! Want to know how excited you should be about this one? Read on, or watch the video after the jump!
It's the new Vintage Collection Starkiller! He has so much gear, it's crazy. The sculpt is good, the paint is mostly good, and if you love lightsabers then this is the figure for you. Want to know more? Read on, and watch the video after the jump!
It ain't perfect, but this just-released Vintage 2012 Grand Moff Tarkin is pretty good. This is a figure with great engineering and parts reuse, and unfortunate color and plastic choices. (He's shiny.) The cloth skirt doesn't look so bad in person, and the sculpt is exceptional. Want to know more? Read on, or watch the video after the jump! (It's short, but not too short.)
Love 'em or hate 'em, we haven't done 'em much. So today, Shae Vizla has not only your normal Figure of the Day feature, but also a bonus video review. How does this new figure fare? Was the gallery from a few days ago just not enough? Well, read on and check out even more on this fantastic new release!
