The annual Toys R Us Big Book is going to hit your newspaper really soon, and the good news is that if you kept putting off buying the Death Star Trench Run you're about to be rewarded!  A $20 discount will be offered in the big coupon book, plus there will be a $10 off deal on the Republic Attack Shuttle-- which, I should add, is an excellent toy.

1. Vintage Y-Wing on sale for $29.99, or $10 off.  It's difficult to cram newer pilots (with all the straps) in here, but it's still a gorgeous ship for $30.

In stores right now is the Droid Attack on the Coronet, exclusive to Toys R Us stores and retailing for $24.99.  But if you only look in the big display in the front of the store, you'll miss it.

Heads up: Toys R Us is running a 2 for $10.99 sale on Captain America, Iron Man, G.I. Joe, Marvel Universe, Star Wars, Thor, and Spider-Man 3 3/4-inch action figures.  If history is any indication, "Vintage" will be excepted from this offer-- check your store for disappointment in TRU's not detail-driven marketing department and a lack of understanding of what "all" means details.

The rumors are true! Today Toys"R"Us emailed little ol' us pics and info on a new Republic Commando Delta Squad Action Figure set which will be sold at Comic-Con in San Diego, via Toys"R"Us, at the Entertainment Earth booth #2343. And yes, there are new molds in here. More pics after the jump.

One of the dangers for holding back product announcements for one or two times a year is that leaks are pretty likely-- especially when a "leak" is a full release of the product in another country!  MouseDroid.com reports that Toys R Us Australia already has the Y-Wing Fighter for AUS$69.99.  Hasbro has still yet to confirm this item for a US release, but odds are the USA will be seeing it in July or August.

We've read a few reports, most notable from the Yakface.com forums, that the long-delayed AT-ST from Galactic Heroes has arrived!  Retail is $34.99.   Originally slated as a September Kohl's exclusive last year, the item has been in limbo since showing up in the UK.  But now?  Toys "R" Us is getting it.  Read more at Yakface.com! 

So I popped open my new Endor sets yesterday and then I did some research to see who these guys were-- because other than Grizz Frix, the figures like Sila Kott are supremely obscure. Heck, they didn't all have names just yet... and Sila's gender is up to discussion!  Read on!

The two Battle Over Endor action figure packs are hitting Toys "R" Us as you read this-- each is $24.99, which is a really good value for 4 new figures these days.   Of note, my R5-P9 was packaged backward, with his dome spun around 180 degrees.  There's nothing wrong with the figure once you open it, but it's possible some (or all) may be sold this way.  Also, each package has a different Return of the Jedi-themed backdrop.
