It's that time again!  Hasbro sent along its press release for all the new exclusives, including Star Wars, Jem, My Little Pony.  Of note, the prices are not little, and the toys are pretty huge!  Read on for the release and some photos.

It's the Rodian Jedi from Target!  This cool figure reuses Luke parts in a fun way that results in a big-headed alien with a laser sword.  You'll want this one.  Read on!

If you collected the Jedi High Council sets, you'll end up with some figures like Anakin Skywalker that, by now, you may own 5 times over.  He's just a little different and has no accessories.  Should you care? Read on!

The brave,noble, chin pondering Jedi Knight gets an update in 2012 that is an overall improvement in terms of sculpt, but loses some articulation in the process. Hasbro must not have been entirely happy with the version from 2011 and decided to issue a new, sterner looking, head sculpt a year later. Obi-Wan even comes with a climbing pack for some play value.

There are figures you must own in your collection, but Passel Argente is not one of them.  It's a perfectly good figure with limited articulation, but it's not like he was a major character.  Is greenie  worth it? Read on!

We typically like our variants with some point of interest or backstory to them, and while the red bandana Kithaba isn't by any stretch of the imagination a vinyl caped Jawa, the fact that Hasbro changed up to better match the actual character and vintage version is interestingly cool.

Here's a neat one.  Check out the Tartakovsky Clone Trooper, part of a once-rare boxed set which is now a dirt-cheap boxed set.  It's disgusting how awesome this figure is for the price.  Read on!

Hasbro has released additional information and copy for the Comic-Con exclusive Vintage Special Edition Carbonite Chamber Collector's Pack along with a price of $69.99 each.

Rejoice!  If you were a child in the 1980s, the new Ewok Pack is as exciting as the new Yavin Pilot Pack! You can see them at Sandtroopers.com, and you should! The Ewok set has two real winners for lovers of the post-ROTJ stories with Princess Kneesaa from the TV series Ewoks (and other licensed stories and products) plus Tippet from the Marvel stories.  The Yavin set has a new Porkins plus much more.  You want to know more, right?
