While same figure/different weapons are popping up, so far there's only one 3 3/4-inch Captain Phasma.   There's also a 6-inch one - but that's hard to find so far.  She's tall, she's silver, but - surprisingly - only her chest is painted. The limbs and head are molded in a silvery plastic.  Read on!

We still haven't seen everything - but there are many Kylo Ren action figures.  Variant accessories may be a thing now, so keep your peepers peeled.  This one has a bear trap of sorts, but the figure itself has a great sculpt, good deco, and stands up just fine.  It's eight bucks, and you can order it at Entertainment Earth or elsewhere.  Read on!

The R2-Series Astromech Droid Grey and White  from Disney's droid part bins look a lot like R2-Q2, an exclusive from 2006.  Since there may be more than one of it in the movie, is it different enough to be interesting - or the same enough to be the same?  Read on!

Hey kids, it's Clone Commander Doom!  Based on the 6th season episodes, this movie-style version of a Clone Wars figure is nice.  Not perfect, but nice.   Did you get yours yet?  Maybe you should track one down - read on!

With or without her helmet, the new 3 3/4-inch Princess Leia Organa (Boushh) seems to share a digital sculpt with the 6-inch version.  You'll see differences - this one has a dedicated detonator in her hand, and less face paint - but it's still pretty good.  Read on!

It's not R4-E1, or really all that close.   The R4-Series Astromech Droid White with Red and Silver reminds me of that droid, but all the patterns are different - check out the unique feet, torso, and the dome markings similar to the blue R4.  Read on!

The R2-Series Astromech Droid Black and Silver looks a lot like R2-Q5, but it's actually a buildable Disney droid at a theme park (not) near you!  The colors are as vibrant as the black plastic is not glossy.  Read on!

It's new.  It's different.  But it's not exactly a premium figure.  Hasbro's 2015 Commander Thorn brings you a mishmash of parts that could be used to make Cody or Rex (or Doom!) and gives them a rich red paint job that, as long as you don't compare it to the animation model, is the best thing ever.  Once you start to hold them up side by side, it looks a little less great.   Read on!
