Hasbro revealed a few nice nuggets of plastic at this year's NYCC Preview Party. Aside from new iterations of Dagobah Luke and Yoda, we can expect Toryn Farr and a Snowtrooper Commander in the spring. Check out the official images and official announcement after the jump!

Hasbro's NYCC Preview Party is underway, and our friends at Jedi Temple Archives and Star Wars Action News have the scoop and photos. New reveals include the design of the Star Wars Rebels cardback, based on the forthcoming animated series, and new Black Series action figures featuring Wedge Antilles (Snowspeeder), a newly revisited Dagobah Luke and Yoda, a new Snowtrooper, and last but certainly not least, Toryn Farr. 

Hasbro has provided us with some official images for your visual enjoyment of their awesome new Black Series Wave 3 reveals at Celebration Europe over the weekend, including a new 6 inch Bespin Luke and 3.75 inch Darth Plagueis!

The Black Series 6 and 3.75 inch assortments have also been spotted at Target stores in Southern California. That's two places to start hitting, hunters. The 6 inch series is only shipping one case per store, and at 1 per case, will be tough finding during these early shipments. Any reports for Walmart or K-Mart? Be sure to send them in and Happy Hunting!

They're here! Both Black Series 3.75 and 6 inch assortments are now hitting ToysRUs stores. We found ours at the store in Chandler, AZ. 3.75 inch is retailing for $9.99 and 6 inch for $19.99. Happy Hunting and send us your reports if they're hitting the other big box retailers!

Just a reminder for our readers that the SDCC exclusive Black Series Boba Fett and Han Carbonite should be available in limited quantities at HasbroToyShop by today or tomorrow. The set retails for $44.99 and will also be available at Celebration 2 Europe next week. This hot exclusive sold out by Friday night of the show along with the Vintage Early Birds set. Good luck in the hunt!

Hasbro added a few upcoming items to their Comic-Con booth over the weekend. If you haven't had enough Jedi Starfighters, and I imagine most of you have, then you have two more "down scaled" versions to look forward to next February. 

Angry Birds is a bonafide hit, and we're going to make another hit with Angry Birds 2: Telepods. That's the primary message Hasbro wanted to convey in today's SDCC panel. The Rovio app and mash up has been the highest rated Angry Birds game ever and reached the top of the charts in 115 countries. That's a pretty big accomplishment, and one that should enamor the franchise to a lot of younger fans, which has been their overall strategy.

We took some shots (no pun intended) of the upcoming Entertainment Earth exclusive Black Series 6 inch Greedo. The nicely sculpted, super articulated Rodian bounty hunter has turned out quite well and is another great addition to a new 6 inch series that is winning over many. UPDATE: BS Greedo is an exclusive reveal for Entertainment Earth and not exclusive to them only. Greedo will be a general release. Our apologies for the confusion.

Comic-Con International gets underway with their customary Wednesday evening Preview night, where four day pass holders, special guests, and press are able to get in early with theoretically less foot traffic and snippet what's on the convention floor. Hasbro presented most of their Q3 releases and some exclusive goodies planned for Q4.  Read our report and also peep out the photos in our Image Bank!

Hasbro will be offering the exclusive Black Series Boba Fett and Han Carbonite at Celebration 2 Europe. The set will also be offered this summer as a Hasbro Comic-Con exclusive.

The new Black Series premieres in fantastic fashion with two of the more iconic characters of the Original Trilogy (who will also reportedly star in their own stand alone spinoff films in 2016 and 2018). Presenting Hasbro loose and packaged photos of the hotly anticipated Comic-Con 2013 exclusive Black Series Boba Fett with Han Solo Carbonite. 

Check this out - wasting no time, Joe Amaro made a Custom Black Series Jabba the Hutt for you 6-inch figure fans!  Nice!  It's really big, and you can see him standing next to a DC Universe Classics-scale Batman action figure for scale.
