After earlier reports around the web suggested that the street date embargo has been lifted and retailers can put out new merchandise at any time,  Hasbro sent us a note confirming the January 30th street date for Star Wars 2012.

It's another Han Solo!  This unfrozen version was sold at Toys R Us a few years ago, and it's a mishmash of some of the better figures from the time.  Is it worth it?  Read on!

New product is trickling in to stores for the New Year. We found the new wave of Deluxe Class 1 Vehicles at a Walmart in San Diego, CA. This wave includes the Naboo Royal Fighter with Obi-Wan Kenobi, Sith Speeder with Darth Maul, Barc Speeder with Clone Trooper, and STAP with Battle Droid. Happy Hunting!

It's the mail-in Prototype Boba Fett!  It's loosely based on the original costume made by Lucas' camp, with some changes because Hasbro had to work within the confines of an existing mold.  Is it worth the seven bucks?  Read on!

This Han Solo features a redeco of the 2006 figure from the Shield Generator Assault Battle Pack . Overall, it's a good package since it offers a decent figure carded in the classic Kenner cardback and character photo. The paint job on this Han is improved from the Battle Pack version, giving him a much better likeness.

The first figure in an Expanded Universe Vintage card is quite possibly the best of 2011. Hasbro does pretty much everything you could possibly want for ARC-77, based on the more popular episodes of the Tartakovsky micro-series. He's got interchangeable Phase I and II armor, a unique headsculpt (with a faux hawk and soul patch nonetheless!), and even comes with an instruction insert to show you how to attach both holsters.

This TIE Pilot figure was first released in the Evolutions set from 2008 and has been re-issued several times since. For carded collectors, this means collecting both the Revenge and Return variants and you gotta appreciate the retro Kenner beauty of both. 

A holdover from 2010, Wedge trickled in limited quantities over the summer and demanded a higher premium before Hasbro made him a little more readily available in later assortments in the fall and promises to re-issue him again in 2012. Hasbro utilizes X-wing Luke's body from 2006 along with that figure's hole for a lightsaber hilt. It's a decent head likeness of Red 2 that deserves a spot in your collection...if you can find him. 

Oh Todo 360. We first heard about him from an early figure listing which didn't come to include him-- but we got him later, and he's pretty cool. (Only his head moves, though.)  Should you bring the Seth Green robot home? Read on!

It says "Hasbro" on the box, but this Star Tours Yoda is more of an abomination.  It's ugly, and there are three variations of it involving lightsaber and skin coloring.  Should you get it? (No.) Read on!

This is the Yoda which was delayed from 2010.  It's... well, it has a lot of articulation, but is it worth ten friggin' bucks?  Probably not, but read on!
