In the wake of the massive influx of new product, it\'s time to take a look back to 1995. Simpsons was only on the air for about six years. Seinfeld amused fans every week. And we didn\'t know enough about Star Trek: Voyager to roll our eyes at it yet. Oh yeah-- and the new Star Wars figures came out, like this first modern Darth Vader. He was beefy. He was somewhat stylized. But he could sit, and had everything a good action figure of his day needed to be an adequate plaything. Over 12 years and 20 revisions later, how does this classic stack up? Read on!

As the origin of Clone Troopers and a bounty hunter, Jango Fett is a popular character. Surprisingly, he\'s a popular character that hasn\'t had a figure with an all-new sculpt since 2002-- and this late 2006 entry is no exception. Mixing bits of one figure with other bits from another, the end result is a figure that\'s somewhat pleasing to collectors but still not entirely perfect. So should you get this one in your quest to pick up all 85 or so 30th Anniversary Collection figures on the market today? Read on!

There aren\'t enough Generals in Star Wars. (And certainly not enough action figures of them.) Which is why we\'re glad Hasbro made General Jan Dodonna in 2004-- it\'s an old guy, he\'s got a high rank, and he\'s a figure from a 1977 movie that nobody really expected to see in the short term. Who loves wacky figures? If the answer is me, and by me, I mean you, today\'s Figure of the Day is something special. We look at the Covert Ops Clone Trooper, a particularly colorful design with unusual purple and grey camo.
