Commentary: Amazing quite a few collectors, Hasbro and Target cranked out some nifty new Jedi for Order 66 in 2008. Tsui Choi appeared in a number of comic books over the years, probably getting the most attention in the one-shot Purge. The tiny alien, much like Yoda, talked sort of funny and was always shown to be smarter than his taller human companions. The action figure was expected to also be a lot like Yoda, which he is and he isn't. Keeping a similar construction to his tiny green ancestor, the figure has ball-jointed shoulders and ankles, a ball-jointed head, and joints at the hips, wrists, and waist. In short (hah) he ain't bad. The amount of detail in his face and costume is considerable, right down to the stumpy little legs and shoeless feet. My favorite new piece of this figure comes from his robes. Hasbro sewed in a little wire on the bottom so you can bend and pose his cloth garment, which is something we've seen in a lot of larger superhero figures but rarely in any figure of this scale. It's a nice bonus on a short figure, and one Hasbro didn't have to do in order to make collectors happy. As such, I'm particularly pleased they went the extra mile with this little guy. I can't imagine not picking up this figure unless you're not a fan of non-movie toys, in which case, well, everyone has to draw a line somewhere.

Collector's Notes: While still available, this set is one of the first that dries up-- if you haven't yet found yours, pick this one up on sight. It's possible he'll be reissued some day, but you never know. Surely Hasbro will get to a point where cranking out the same figure a dozen times simply won't be possible.
