Commentary: You say you've seen everything? How about a non-action figure of George Lucas' daughter, Amanda? The figure of Terr Taneel actually isn't half bad, but when you get right down to it she's not a whole heck of a lot different than the many Padme figures we've received (and the many we keep asking for). With bright pink hair, she really does stand out from the pack, but the wide headdress prevents you from seeing her magenta locks. For a figure in a long dress or gown, she basically delivers on all the expected fronts in terms of her articulation. You get shoulders, elbows, wrists, neck, and that's pretty much it-- she's a salt/pepper shaker with arms. While this might sound incredibly dull, it's worth noting that Hasbro added tons of sculpting work to this figure, making sure her costume popped with detail and looked as ornate-- if not more so-- than her movie counterpart. The down side is, of course, most fans really don't have any knowledge of the character outside from her being a Lucas family cameo. This is pretty cool, but when you get right down to it, it's a sort of "so what?" proposition. OK, so she's the director's daughter-- but her figure doesn't have cool blue skin like Chi Eekway or a lightsaber like Zett Jukassa. She's the weakest figure in the set, and since she doesn't belong in any dioramas you as a fan are particularly likely to build, this one probably won't find a place in too many collections. It's nice to see Hasbro made an all-new sculpt for this character, but unfortunately this was one of the least exciting figures of an otherwise pretty good 2006.

Collector's Notes: After debuting in 2006, this exclusive stuck around for a while-- a long while. In 2008, it's still available, and it's only $10 from the Star Wars Shop website. Kinda disgusting, isn't it? At that price, this set goes from "for diehards only" to "it's so cheap, why the heck not?" It's a pretty safe bet you'll never see Terr Taneel again given how poorly she sold as part of the box set, so if you're interested, cave in now. $2.50 per figure before shipping is nothing to sneeze at.
