Mel Brooks took to the Tubes of You to announce Spaceballs getting a sequel. There was a cartoon, but you didn't watch it, and nobody remembers. The movie is set for theaters, and somehow they convinced Rick Moranis to come out of retirement to do it. That seems like good news. Obviously there's no word of toy licensing yet, and seeing how most comedians work when dealing with someone else's property I wouldn't bank on action figures happening. Spaceballs the Flamethrower, though, seems like a foregone conclusion.
