A stealth exclusive? Yup! Take note of this one, kids, because this is one of the ones you might skip and kick yourself about in about four years if the secondary market prices on Galactic Heroes are any indication. This new Jedi Force Clone Wars Adventure Pack is $14.99, in some Targets now on a special mixed Playskool/Imaginext endcap, and is-- say it with me-- just different enough to make you mad.
Since you've just had some good news, saddle up for some bad. Rather than go to clearance, the oft-raised-and-lowered 2009 Target-exclusive Geonosis Arena 2-packs have seemingly returned but with a much higher price tag-- pennies north of $16. If you waited on these... keep waiting.
Hasbro sent us another exciting batch with a mix of new images of things we've seen and new stuff. The newest of the new is the Target Exclusive Star Wars The Search for Luke Skywalker set, which sports a retooled vintage Hoth Han Solo (hood not up, dagnabbit) alongside a newly-tooled Tauntaun and a Hoth Rebel Trooper. All this and Vintage Ponda Baba on card, plus more, after the break. CLICK IT.
If you've been enjoying Hasbro's Kenner-style Special Action Figure Set 3-packs at Target, the guys at LightGeschindigKeit.de have fully-packaged shots of more of them-- with no new figures and a few decent repacks. As always, figures are from Star Wars and Empire. Read on!
A new 46-piece LEGO 30054 AT-ST is showing up in Target's new Easter sections, alongside new Ninjago and another City set. It's $3.99. In addition to this are other toys from various lines, including Funko's super-cool DC Pop! Vinyl Figures. (Green Lantern seems to sell out the fastest.) Happy hunting!
Over at Sandtroopers.com they revealed not one, not two, but three unique boxed sets of three figures each. Of particular note is what appears to bet he first new release of the 2004 Vintage Han Solo figure, which fans have been asking about lately. Well, there it is. Want to see more? If you're in the market for Target's Hasbro Star Wars exclusives from October and November, remaining inventory is half price. I saw several of the Vintage 9-packs for $24.98, and other items remained-- while the stores are closed now, this should give you something to hunt for on Sunday. Don't forget, the Cad Bane/IG-86 2-pack has a unique deco on the droid! Merry Christmas!
The Vintage Kenner Star Wars 3-Packs are some of the most rare and difficult action toy collectibles to track down, let alone compile a complete set. To commemorate Empire's 30th anniversary, Hasbro teams up with Target to produce 3 packs within a 3 pack and reproduces the classic Kenner packaging that sends wings aflutter for many who love the nostalgia and design of the black and silver piping as well as that Kenner logo.
Sandtroopers.com has posted new images of upcoming Target exclusive 2 packs featuring ARF Trooper Waxer and Battle Droid and Special Ops Clone Trooper and Geonosian Drone.
We kick off this week of new Target exclusives with Shahan Alama, a Weequay pilot with a robot arm! He's in the new (and popular) Bounty Hunter pack with Robonino and a couple of droids, and made of mostly new parts. You want him-- admit it. Read on!
Don't forget, this weekend will be the rollout of the newest Hasbro endcap at Target stores. We've seen Nerf and Transformers, but this one will be packed with new Star Wars exclusives. Keep your eyes peeled for Mini Mighty Muggs, Battle Packs, Geonosis Arena Sets, Clone Wars 2-Packs, and more stock of basic figures and other goodies.
If you collect Hasbro action figures, this may be a good week for you. Target stores in the USA have marked Saga Legends, The Clone Wars, Iron Man 2, and Spider-Man figures down to $5.00 each. (Marvel Universe and Vintage are not included in this sale.) If you've been waiting on anything, now is a good time to go out and stock up-- particularly since figures like the Flamethrower Clone Trooper and Shaak Ti are hitting some stores as we speak!
