Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Artoo-Deetoo (R2-D2, Droids, The Vintage Collection). It's a repaint of the 2010 movie figure, which captures the spirit of the 1985 original which was also a movie repaint. The chest panel doesn't close perfectly, but he has a coin, he looks cool, and you may find him in a Target right now. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Ahsoka Tano (& Grogu, The Vintage Collection Deluxe). It's a Walmart exclusive figure you just got, with lots of extra gear, and I'd say it's a better figure - get this one to open, skip opening the carded one. She has a poncho, critter pals, and other gear. Read on!

Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Babu Frik (Droid Depot Redux 2022, The Black Series 6-Inch). It's effectively the same as the 2019 Target exclusive release, with a little less pink - if you got one, you probably don't need the other. Read on!

Star Wars Celebration is ending, so it's time to go through the list of new stuff I've jotted down in Adam's Star Wars Newsletter #9! All the announcements you missed because who wants to watch 1 hour of video for 3 minutes of names? New games, new toys, new streaming series, and a whole lot of other information has been stuffed in a text document so you can know just about everything worth knowing, and look up more if you want. Read it here!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Obi-Wan Kenobi (2022 Redux, The Vintage Collection). It's a repaint of a fairly old figure, and it arguably looks a little better - but, again, it is a figure from 2011. The belt has a place to hang his communicator and his lightsaber is cool, but should you track one down online? Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Ahsoka Tano (Corvus, The Vintage Collection). She's awesome! This is the mass-retail release, Walmart has an exclusive version. This figure has one of Hasbro's very best head sculpts, with amazing paint and tip-top articulation. Even if you're not an Ahsoka fan (and you should be one), I'd suggest getting this figure (or playing with a friend's) to see just how far Hasbro has come in making these figures truly amazing in recent waves. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Death Watch Mandalorian (The Vintage Collection). It's a new sculpt and one of Habsro's very best. The range of motion is great, the center of gravity is good, and the joints move pretty freely so you won't feel "stuck" in a weird position. You'll love it. Buy an army. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Fennec Shand (The Vintage Collection). This is one of the better figures - great likeness, excellent articulation, this is a figure that shows considerable improvement over the figures we got just five to ten years ago. You should get this one - it's a good character, a good costume, and a fantastic figure that will put a lot of other releases to shame. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: CB-23 (Droid Depot set, The Black Series). It's a BB-8 retool, and a reminder that the round roly-poly droid mold gets very little use. Read on!
Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Pit Droid (Droid Depot set, The Black Series). It's small, but impressive. It's a must-have, but also in a $75 exclusive box of mostly repaints. Should you get it? I think so. But it may not be worth your expense, unless you dig droids, and you probably do. Read on!
Adam's Star Wars Newsletter is back with the announcements you missed because who wants to watch 1 hour of video for 3 minutes of names? I don't. New Obi-Wan Kenobi, Expanded Universe, The Mandalorian, and other toys have been announced - many of which just went up for pre-order. But we're not going to make you watch someone ramble on camera to find out what they are - I typed up all the names in the newsletter so you can skim it while you're on the bus, or the toilet. Take care to not confuse the two. We expect even more announcements at Star Wars Celebration in just a few weeks.
