Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Bo-Katan Kryze (The Vintage Collection). The 2021 release has one of the very best human heads I've ever seen in this size - and the armor ain't bad either. (The shoulder tampos could be better.) What'll really knock your socks off are the hip joints, which have a range of motion that's on par with the O-Ring G.I. Joe figures. Read on!

This is the 2021 release today.   The old 2016 figure is new and improved with an impressive photoreal face, and this does indeed mean your old ones are old and inferior. This is probably one of the most dramatic improvements I've seen since Hasbro started repainting figures with the new printing, and in person it's stunning how much better she looks. Read on!

Via the Star Wars Galactic Hunter Figure of the Day Blog: Hevy Battle Droid (The Vintage Collection). It's shiny and red, and the paint is really good. But it's a Battle Droid, so maybe you skipped it - and you shouldn't have. Read on!

It's golden, but not really a golden addition to any collection. Stormtrooper (Skywalker Saga, Gold). It's a 2018 figure, minus an accessory, and painted gold for 2019. And in my case, the neck snapped right out of the box. Read on!

As 2020 comes to an end for an alleged second time, let's look at this 2019 Darth Vader (Skywalker Saga, Gold). It's and older figure, but after two years I can safely say that having just opened one, the gold paint sticks to itself and I don't like that. Read on!
